What is Double Time?

Looking for a fun way to spend more time with the people in your life? Like a healthy activity designed with families in mind? Well, you and a partner can team up with Double Time!  Are you looking to create a HEALTH HAVEN in your home?  Do you want to help motivate your children to get moving and have less screen time?  This may be a program for you!  IMG_7177.JPG

Double Time is an amazing workout program meant to be done with a partner and for us, it means MOTHER/DAUGHTER time!  You and your spouse or a friend (or one of your own kids) will take on daily partner workouts and healthful eating for 30 days. Just having that person around is going to give you the motivation to complete the entire program — and help you build stronger bonds along the way! This is the perfect Mom and Me workout!

What: 30 days of total-body workouts (all 35 minutes or less) that feel more like play and less like work!
Who: Anyone at any fitness level can do Double Time.

Why Work Out With a Partner?

Studies show that you’re more likely to succeed with a fitness routine when you work out with another person. You’ll encourage each other to show up. You’ll cheer each other on. And they’ll make it way more fun, too! Using the Beachbody Buddy Ball, you and your Double Time partner will communicate and rely on each other to complete every single move. You’ll be so focused on laughing and working together that you won’t be looking at the clock — so imagine how much easier it will be for you to stick with your new healthful habits!
