ALMOND MILK

Ingredients:

4 cups water
1 cup almonds (soaked overnight and casing removed)
1-2 pitted dates
Dash of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Blend all in powerful blender
pour through a nut bag and squeeze out all liquid into a bowl or container
store in refrigerator for up to 3-4 days
