Crock Pot Nutty Trail Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 c unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 3 TBS butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions
Combine all in crock pot.  Cook on low for 2 hours or high for 45 minutes 
After completed, let cool on parchment paper.  Add extra dark chocolate chips
