Slow Cooker Applesauce


  • 3 lbs of apple – your choice

  • 1 Tbsp of lemon juice

  • 1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon


  1. Cut apples (I leave skin on but you can peel).  Add to slow cooker with lemon juice and cinnamon.

  2. Cool on LOW for 3 hours.  Let cool and then blend in blender on SAUCES setting until very smooth.
