Blender pancakes have become a household favorite of ours. We make them about once a week. They are quick, healthful, easy and filling!
-1/2 c oats
-1/2 c cottage cheese
-1 tsp pure vanilla extract
-1 tsp cinnamon
Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour to make pancakes. Add chocolate chips or fruit if you prefer. Top with a TBS of Greek yogurt and pure maple syrup. Enjoy!
