Gingerbread Pancakes


  • 1 mashed banana
  • ½ tsp of ground ginger
  • ¼ c of almond milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ c of rolled oats
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp of cloves
  • ¼ tsp of nutmeg
  • ½ tsp of vanilla
  • 1/3 c of yogurt

Directions for Gingerbread Pancakes:

Mix ingredients in a blender. Warm up a skillet and coat so ingredients do not stick to skillet. Place a gingerbread shaped cookie cutter on skillet. Pour batter into the cookie cutter. Cook until pancake begins to bubble and then flip to cook other side until golden brown. Decorate with chocolate chips for the eyes or even a little whip cream for a smile or hair. Enjoy your warm and delicious gingerbread pancakes.
