Chocolate Gingerbread Muffins

Dry

Wet

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Add-ins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease muffin tin or line muffin tin with silicone muffin liners.
  3. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  4. Add in wet ingredients and mix.
  5. Fold in add-ins (chocolate chips).
  6. Pour batter into muffin tins, a little more than halfway to the top.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
