Egg Jars are a great way to have a healthful breakfast on the go!
4-5 eggs or 4 eggs 3 egg whites
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (I use 2%)
You can add any mix ins such as bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, etc. Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy or refrigerate!
