Maple Nut Butter Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
½ Tbsp of Maple Syrup
½ Tbsp of almond butter (crunchy can add a little more texture to it)
Dash of vanilla
Dash of cinnamon
½ cup of oats
½ cup of almond milk
Optional: mashed up bananas, chia seeds or fruit
Instructions:
Take a mason jar and place the almond milk and oats in the bottom of the jar. Next mix up the vanilla, cinnamon, almond butter and syrup. Mix these ingredients until smooth. Place a dollop of the mixed ingredients in with the oatmeal and milk. Top with fruit or chia seeds and cover. Finally refrigerate until ready to eat. Enjoy!
