SWEET POTATO BROWNIES
Ingredients:
We all get that sweet tooth but it’s great to have a healthier option. Plus it’s always best if the kids don’t know we’re feeding them healthier. They’ll never even notice with these delicious, fudgy brownies! They are a favorite in our home and are eaten within a matter of a few days.
¼ Cup of Cacao Powder
1 Cup of Sweet Potato
3 tbsp of Maple Syrup
½ Cup of Nut Butter, Smooth
A Handful of chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat over to 350 degree.
Mix all of the ingredients together well. Spray a baking dish with oil, I usually use a coconut oil. Place in a baking dish. It does not have to be evenly spread through the baking dish . . . It does not have to look perfect, they will still taste amazing! Slide dish into oven and bake for 20 minutes. Check consistency with a toothpick. If you want it bake longer, go ahead and slide back in the oven until desire consistency is reached.
