Gooey Pumpkin Brownies

Ingredients for Gooey Pumpkin Brownies:

1/3 Cup of coconut flour

1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

1/3 cup of pumpkin puree

1/4 cup of coconut oil

2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract

4 whole eggs

1/2 cup of pure maple syrup

Directions for Gooey Pumpkin Brownies:

  1. Whisk together the coconut flour and cocoa powder. 
  2. Whisk in the coconut oil , eggs, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Blend well. 
  3. Pour batter into a coconut oil greased brownie pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 28 to 35 minutes. 
  4. Let cool completely before removing from pan.
