Summer π βbreakβ is coming, donβt skip a beat when it comes to taking care of β€οΈ YOU! I feel that now more than ever, I need to remember to take care of myself so that I can ensure that I can be my happiest π self for the summer π» days with my kids. It is easy to get tired, overwhelmed and short tempered when you are used to going from a bit of alone time, to time with the kids all day long. I want to be sure that I soak up every moment of the summer fun being happy and positive with my π©βπ§βπ¦kids rather than short-tempered and tired. For me, this means a DAILY WORKOUTπͺπ»! I am so glad I donβt have to rely on a babysitter, a summer camp, or hubs to be home to ensure that I get my time to exercise daily. I will not skip a beat when it comes to my morning β°routine and workout. I donβt have to figure out a new gym class schedule, as my gym is in my home! If you are stressed about re-arranging your schedule for summer workouts, consider an accountability group. I promise you will learn at least one new valuable way to take care of YOU! MAKE YOUR HOME YOUR HEALTH HAVEN.
