STOP!  Do you ever feel like you need to make a COMPLETE stop and regroup?  Well, that is exactly what I did this past weekend.  I was forced to unplug, unwind and regroup.  I had no internet connection, no TV, no phone, texts or dings on my phone.  Everything was turned off and silenced for the entire weekend.  This was my way of fueling my mental and physical body.  I took cat-naps on the couch when needed.  I went for a walk when my body asked.  I pushed myself up the steep mountain hills, observed every flower, listened to every bird-call and soaked up the sun.  I exercised, drank my shake, ate healthfully, and enjoyed myself, and my family to the fullest.   I was able to think, organize my current life, and read and write without the interruption of the phone or computer.  I am making a commitment to myself to remember this feeling and necessity in my life.  I am going to schedule in a STOP and REGROUP session on a regular basis to ensure that I have the energy needed to press on full steam ahead.  When I ran past this STOP sign today, I could have not even paid attention to it but instead, it had a deeper meaning for me and helped me realize what this weekend did for me!  I am ready to go, invigorated, recharged and refueled.  Watch out JUNE….I am going to go out with a BANG!  I encourage you to schedule in a STOP session!  Your body will thank you!
