Sweet Potato Brownies

We all get that sweet tooth but it’s great to have a healthier option. It doesn’t hurt knowing that the littles are getting a little fiber filled carb in there as well!   They don’t even mind with these delicious, fudgy brownies! They are a favorite in our home and are eaten within a matter of a few days.

Ingredients for Sweet Potato Brownies:

¼ Cup of Cacao Powder

1 Cup of Sweet Potato

3 tbsp of Maple Syrup

½ Cup of Nut Butter, Smooth

A Handful of chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat over to 350 degree.

Instructions for Sweet Potato Brownies:

Mix all of the ingredients together well. Spray a baking dish with oil, I usually use a coconut oil. Place in a baking dish. It does not have to be evenly spread through the baking dish . . . It does not have to look perfect, they will still taste amazing! Slide dish into oven and bake for 20 minutes. Check consistency with a toothpick. If you want it bake longer, go ahead and slide back in the oven until desire consistency is reached.
